It was a depressing week. I’m not sure why. Depression and anxiety seem to be my constant companions through adult life.

Sometimes it helps to think through these feelings visually. The depression felt blue, so I used blue. The anxiety felt purple, so I used purple. Sometimes for us artists, it really is that simple.
